Jeremiah 33:3

Ask me and I will tell you remarkable secrets you do not know about things to come.
Jeremiah 33:3

Morning My King!

What a wonderful morning this is! Before the rush starts, the demands of the day, the needs of those around me, I have the honor of sitting with You, sharing life and just being in Your presence.

Father, You know I have some issues with trust. Not only people around me, but even trusting You. I know You are God, I know You are mighty, but sometimes it’s just hard to trust. I also know You are working in my life, to know You better, so I can trust You more. I’ve heard it said that how can you trust someone you don’t know? It’s true, I would never trust my child to a babysitter I had never met!

I need to know You more, LORD, tell me about Yourself, help me to read about You in Your book. I want to spend more time with You, I want to trust You so much more everyday.

Oh my goodness, You are so very good to me. Thank You for letting me talk to You and to share my doubts and fears.

Amen

Psalm 25:5

Lead me by your truth and teach me, for You are the God who saves me. All day long I put my hope in You.
Psalm 25:5

Good Morning My All Knowing God,

You are the joy of my life. You greeted me this morning even before the sun had risen. You urged me to spend some time with You and I am so blessed to be in Your presence.

I know that You will lead me, Father, with Your truth and wisdom. You were the one that revealed Yourself to me, You are the one who has saved me. I want to have a teachable spirit with You as my teacher. I want to be wise in Your Word and have Your discernment in this world. Today, Father, I will put my trust and hope in You all day long!

Amen

Deuteronomy 10:21-22

Fear the Lord your God and serve Him. Hold fast to Him and take your oaths in His name. He is your praise; He is your God, who performed for you those great and awesome wonders you saw with your own eyes.
Deuteronomy 10:21-22

Good Morning Jesus!

I love Your Word this morning. You are my praise and my God. How could I not love You? I may not have seen the Red Sea part, I may not have been in Egypt when You freed Your people, but feel I am even more blessed than they were as I am living with Your Spirit! I see You in the morning light, You’re there during the trails of the day and You wish me a good night with the sunsets. Oh, I see You, my mighty King, and I want to see more of You.

Thank You, Jesus, for the opportunity to work with You. Today I want to hold fast to You, I know You are already holding fast to me. Please give me one of Your verses to memorize, so I can think on it, pray about it, with a goal of living it with my life. I want to hold fast to that scripture. I want to please You.

I love You my Jesus!

Amen

Hosea 12:6

So now, come back to your God. Act with love and justice, and always depend on Him.
Hosea 12:6

Morning My Gracious Father,

Your grace and mercy are so amazing to me. They are new every morning and just waiting for me to accept them. So why do I delay to be with You? Why do I put You off until there is nothing left of me to give You?

Forgive me, Father, for my stubborn ways. Forgive me for my plans to be so set that I cannot change them, even for time with You. I don’t want to be this way, Father, I want to be pliable so You can mold me into the person I know You see. I want to reflect Your love instead of my agenda.

I thank You, LORD, that You remind me I can always come back to You. I can always start fresh because of what Jesus did for me. You are asking me to depend on You for every small detail of my life and I want to take You up on that promise today. Remind me that You are with me, at work, at the play ground, at the doctor’s office, at the grocery store. And, wherever You are, You are asking me to act with Your love and justice towards others. I want to please You today Father. I love You so very much!

Amen

Psalm 19:14

May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be pleasing to you, O LORD, my Rock and my Redeemer.
Psalm 19:14

Good Morning My LORD,

Every morning I am in complete awe at how You are working in me. You give me the passion and desire to be with You. You are opening my heart and mind to Your Word. I am thinking on You more throughout the day than I ever have before. You are my amazing King!

I praise You, for You have redeemed me, You have set me on the Rock of my Salvation to I can stand tall and not be shaken. You have done everything so I can be with You in the moment.

I desire to have the words that come from my mouth today, to proclaim Your love to others. I want to ponder all You have done for me and realize just how faithful You are. I want to bring a smile to Your face and joy to Your heart!

Amen

Isaiah 30:18

So the Lord must wait for you to come to Him so He can show you His love and compassion. For the Lord is a faithful God. Blessed are those who wait for His help. Isaiah 30:18

Good Morning Father,

How great You are. When I ponder on the Universe, my finite mind just cannot understand how big You are. Then to think that with all You have created, it’s me You desire to be with this morning, my heart is so full of joy I could soar on the wings of eagles. To be with You is my heart’s desire.

You have spent so much time waiting for me to come to You, to sit at Your feet and learn Your from Your Word, and to be able to grow in Your presence, I praise You for never giving up on me. You show me mercy and grace every moment, yet, You will discipline me to keep me safe. You are my wonderful and loving Father and I want to please You by living my life for You!

Amen

Isaiah 51:9

Wake up, wake up, O Lord! Clothe Yourself with strength! Flex Your mighty right arm! Rouse Yourself as in the days of old when You slew Egypt, the dragon of the Nile.
Isaiah 51:9

Good Morning Precious Spirit,
You are so good to me. You are always right at the edge of my thoughts, waiting for me to call on You. You are always aware of my direction, nudging me back on the right path when I need to be corrected. You are my constant companion, guide, teacher and love. I am so blessed to know You.

I know, Spirit, that You are working in so many of my friends and family. You are in the business of waking us all up. You are calling us back into Your arms. I know we have fallen so far from Your desires for us that we are in danger. It is You who is blowing the warning signal in each of us.

It is my desire for us to wake up to You, Spirit, I want to see another Great Awakening in this country as my grandparents and their parents saw. I don’t want to see people coming to You because of a disaster and then depart after they are healed. I don’t want people to use You as their genie. I would love to see people become passionate and zealous for Your presence and guiding.

Spirit, please blow across this country and wake us up. Wake us up to the glory and wonder of You.

I love You so very much!
Amen

1 John 4:16

We know how much God loves us, and we have put our trust in His love. God is love, and all who live in love live in God, and God lives in them.
1 John 4:16

Good Morning Yahweh,

Thank You so very much for the rest You blessed me with last night. It is so easy to sleep now that the hot weather is just about over for the year. It is also so easy to rest, knowing that You are watching over me.

I have experienced Your love, Abba. Your arms have surrounded me and I am content.

Yet, I know that there are those around me that don’t know Your love. They haven’t experienced Your presence in their lives.

This morning I ask that You will help me to love others as You have loved me. I want to shine Your presence into my area of this world. You know it’s hard for me to proclaim that You are my God, but I will trust that Your words will come and they will be perfect for those who need to hear.

I am so extremely blessed to know You, but I also know I have so much more to learn!

Love You LORD!

Amen

Joel 2:28

Then, after doing all those things, I will pour out my Spirit upon all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy. Your old men will dream dreams, and your young men will see visions.
Joel 2:28

Good Morning Father,

I love Your Word this morning. It is so true and faithful and I stand amazed that what You wrote thousands of years ago, still has so much truth for me today. It is life giving and so exciting to see You teaching me.

I thank You so very much for blessing me with Your Spirit, LORD. To think that You have given me the very essence of You is beyond my comprehension. I can actually have Your presence with me all the time!

I see You working in my life, helping me to do things that I never would have been able to do without You. I see Your Word changing my thoughts and attitudes, giving me more compassion and understanding than I ever thought I would have.

With You, my LORD, life is full and over flowing. I thank You for being my God!

Amen

Ephesians 6:13-17

Therefore, put on every piece of God’s armor so you will be able to resist the enemy in the time of evil. Then after the battle you will still be standing firm. Stand your ground, putting on the belt of truth and the body armor of God’s righteousness. For shoes, put on the peace that comes from the Good News so that you will be fully prepared. In addition to all of these, hold up the shield of faith to stop the fiery arrows of the devil. Put on salvation as your helmet, and take the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
Ephesians 6:13-17

Morning Jesus,

I thank You so much for the cooler mornings now. There is a hint of fall in the air. You know me so well and give me the hope of a new season, not only seasons of the year, but seasons of my life.

There are days, LORD, that I feel I’m in limbo and oh so useless.  Guard my thoughts, Father, as I know those are not from You. You have counted me worthy to serve You and be Your child.

I want today to think on the armor You have provided for me, Your Word, the Truth, Your protection and Salvation. I want to meditate on Your wisdom and follow in Your footsteps, ready to fight the battles before me, knowing You are with me. I want to be ready to love with Your love and passion.

I do love You, my Jesus.

Amen
