Morning My LORD,

I love You so much, Jesus. You are so wonderful to me. Your faithfulness is never ending and Your love surrounds me all day long.

I’m a little restless this morning, Father. I don’t know quite what to do.  It seems my crazy days have slowed down and I’m at a loss of direction that I should take. 

I thank You for the rest from my busyness and that I can come to You and spend some extra time in Your Word. Help me to enjoy this slower day and the blessings it will bring.

I am also grateful that on these directionless days, Your light will shine into my life giving me direction. Even in my most discouraging days, the darkness of the day will never be able to extinguish Your presence in my life. For that, LORD, I will sing of Your greatness all day long!

Meanwhile, the disciples were in trouble far away from land, for a strong wind had risen, and they were fighting heavy waves. About three o’clock in the morning Jesus came toward them, walking on the water.

Morning Jesus,
How I love to be with You in the morning. I would like to spend my whole day with You. Remind me all through the day, that You are right beside me, when I’m at work, while I’m tending to my children, driving, anywhere I am, You are. Thank You for being my companion through this life.

I feel like I’m riding the wild waves this morning, Jesus. There is so much going on in my life right now, and not all of it is difficult. I have so many times of joy, and then there are the confusion days, with so many choices. Please help me, my Jesus. I need so desperately for You to speak into my heart, and remind me that You are here and will calm the waters. Help me to look through the storms and see Your presence!

I praise You for the guidance You give me and Your love that helps me to keep on going. No matter what the outcome, I will trust Your wisdom.

Let all that I am wait quietly before God, for my hope is in Him.

Good Morning My Father,

I love being with You in the morning. To sit in the quiet a few moments before the rush of the day starts is so refreshing. You are my peace and hope.

It seems like I do most of the talking when I’m with You, Father. I appreciate how You listen to my troubles and let me dream big dreams. You are so patient with me.

This morning I want to spend some extra time in Your Word. I want to hear from You and learn a new lesson for the day. Please show me a verse I can memorize and meditate on, so it can become a part of my life.

I will wait and be still this morning before You. I know my hope is safe in You!

Good Morning My Wonderful Savior,

How pleasant and sweet it is to be with You this morning. To know You are excited to be with me, gives my heart joy. When I spend time with You, my soul finds peace for the day. You are so amazingly good to me.

I praise You, Jesus, for Your Word and how it guides, teaches and shows me what is important to You. This morning I’m reminded that You often went off by Yourself to be in prayer. You, my Messiah and King, knew that I needed Your example of being with Your Father, often, in order to stay in touch, to stay connected. There are times I wonder what You talked about, but what is important, is to know that You talk to Him.

It is so important for me to stay in touch with You today and the days to come. I want to hide away with You, each day. Remind me to come to You often, share what is going on, and then to spend some time with You this evening. I love You my Jesus, I praise You for being my King!

For the LORD your God is living among you. He is a mighty savior. He will take delight in you with gladness. With His love, He will calm all your fears. He will rejoice over you with joyful songs.”

Good Morning Yahweh!

Your goodness is beyond my understanding. Your love for me is so underserved. I will always be amazed that You chose me to be Your child. What honor You have blessed me with. I will cherish You all the days of my life.

I want to be so close to You today, Father, I want to be Your shadow and Your joy. When I am afraid, I will let You calm me with Your presence. When I am joyful, I will dance with gladness before You. I would like to sing with You all day long!

Help me to ponder on this verse through the day, I’m not good at memorizing, but I will depend on You to help me. To want please You today!

See, God has come to save me. I will trust in Him and not be afraid. The Lord God is my strength and my song; He has given me victory.
Isaiah 12:2

Good Morning My King,

You are my strong tower and refuge. I come to You each morning and You teach me Your ways. You walk with me through the day and when night comes, You are watching over me as I sleep. What more can I say, but that You are awesome!

You have come to save me, from my sins and willful ways. You, Jesus, are my salvation and strength.

I am coming to know You more each day and with knowing, I can learn to trust. So many times during the days I hear You say, ‘trust’. I don’t want to be afraid, I realize I have a choice to make when fear knocks at my heart. Today when it comes, I will shout trust and know You are there.

You are my strength, Father. You give my heart a reason to beat and give me a song to sing. In all I do, remind me please, that I already have the victory because of You. Help me to live that victory!

Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.

Good Morning Jesus,

I just love You more each day! Your mercies are fresh and new as are Your teachings.

Words that I have read many times, have a new wonder for me. Your Word is alive and I thirst to know more.

You want me to be a disciple for You. That sounds scary, LORD, me, a disciple? But, You have called me and I want to obey. Remind me that a disciple is someone who teaches Your ways, not only by word, but by example, too.

You have placed Your command before me, to love You with all my heart and soul and mind, and to love others as I love myself.

What I love about Your verse this morning, is the statement that You will never ever leave me. You are with me always. What joy and peace You give!
