Whatever is good and perfect comes down to us from God our Father, who created all the lights in the heavens. He never changes or casts a shifting shadow. He chose to give birth to us by giving us His true word. And we, out of all creation, became His prized possession.
James 1:17-18
Good Morning Jesus,
Your faithfulness to greet me each morning is such a delight to my heart. Getting out of bed is so much easier when I know You are waiting for me.
How blessed I am to know that You are the same yesterday as You are today and will be tomorrow. You don’t change, You are my solid foundation.
How blessed I am to have Your Word. Please give me a desire to place it on my heart and to live it in my life. I want to hunger and thirst for Your wisdom.
I am so humbled and honored my Jesus, that You would consider me a prized possession. I feel so unworthy of Your love and care, yet, I know I can’t live without it.
How blessed I am to know Your love!

Good Morning Abba!
You are so special and I am so blessed to be Your child. Your presence surrounds me every moment of my day and I take joy in Your love.
I praise You this morning Father, for the fact that You do know where I’m going. You encourage me along. When I stray from Your path, You guide me back. I want to follow Your ways and keep my focus on You.
Whatever the day may hold, I will trust in You my LORD, knowing You have the best plan for my life. It’s a joy and adventure to always see where You will lead me next!
I love You!

Isaiah 41:10

Don’t be afraid, for I AM with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I AM your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with My victorious right hand
Isaiah 41:10
Good Morning Yahweh,
Do You know just how much I look forward to this time with You? You are the very air I need to live. You fill my spirit with wisdom and knowledge. You give me purpose and encourage me to step out when I would like to step back. You are so amazing and I love You so very much.
You know, Father, there are times I’m afraid to move forward, even with You. I’m so unsure of myself, questioning Your call, that I will just sit and do nothing.
Then there are times I’m very discourage. I feel like I’ve really messed up, so much so that You might not want to work with me anymore. When I can’t seem to do the little things, how can I expect to get to the more challenging things in my life?
Again this morning, Your Word speaks to my soul. You remind me that You are always with me. I don’t need to be afraid or discourage. All I need to do at these times is take Your hand, for You are my God and You will strengthen me and provide the help when I ask.
Your right hand gives victory, because Your Son, Jesus Christ, sits there. You have given me Your Son, I know He will take care of me, always.
Thank You for taking my burdens this morning, Yahweh, my mighty and wonderful LORD!

Proverbs 4:23

Be careful what you think, because your thoughts run your life.
Proverbs 4:23
Good Morning Father,
Thank You so much for the rest You blessed me with last night. I was so tired and You helped me to release all my burdens, anxiety, and fears. You protected my mind so I could sleep and woke me with Your presence. You are so wonderful!
Father, today I want to think on You throughout the day. I know I’ll be busy and my mind will get side tracked, but help me to always come back and let You know how I’m doing.
You tell me to watch out and be careful what I think about, it will shape my life. When thoughts invade my mind that would not glorify You, help me to speak Your Word, to clear my thoughts and remember You are in my presence.
I thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness to my soul. I want my life to glorify You and I know it starts with my thoughts.

Zechariah 4:10

Good Morning Father,
It’s good to be with You this morning. I seem to have had a hard time getting here. I haven’t felt great and my mornings have just been out of sync. How wonderful You are to give me the encouragement to be here this morning. The delight of watching the world wake is always so peaceful to me. Thank You, my King.
Father, You know I get so discouraged with myself. I want to change the world for You, yet I stumble and fall. I bite off more than I can handle. I don’t know which way to turn. I beg You this morning to please show me Your way. Open my eyes and let me see the path I should take, help me to focus only on You and not what I think I should be doing.
As I pick up to start again today Father, remind me that it may not be the big step I want, but the little step I need. I need to remember that just to be starting will give You great joy. Help me please Abba, to just start.
I praise You for the peace and refreshment You have given me this morning with Your Word. The plumb line in Zerubbabel’s hand was the very beginning of the rebuilding of Your Temple. It was to make sure the foundation was on solid, level ground. I will walk with You Spirit today, to make sure my foundation is on solid and level ground! I love You so very much!

Ephesians 2:19

So now you Gentiles are no longer strangers and foreigners. You are citizens along with all of God’s holy people. You are members of God’s family.
Ephesians 2:19
Good Morning Father,
You are the God of the Universe and all it holds. You are the Great I AM and I adore You. How special that You would take this time to be with me, listen to my needs and teach me about Yourself.
What a joy to my heart, Father, to know that I am a part of Your family. You have grafted me into Your love and bound me with Your Spirit. You do not recognize me as a foreigner or stranger, I am Yours, and You are mine.
Help me today to share You with others, to give them Your love, to show them just how much You desire to be with them today. Help me to see those I come in contact with as part of Your family also. If they don’t know You, help me to say the right words and do the right actions, so they too can claim to be in Your family!

2 Corinthians 3:13-17

We are not like Moses, who put a veil over his face so the people of Israel would not see the glory, even though it was destined to fade away. But the people’s minds were hardened, and to this day whenever the old covenant is being read, the same veil covers their minds so they cannot understand the truth. And this veil can be removed only by believing in Christ. Yes, even today when they read Moses’ writings, their hearts are covered with that veil, and they do not understand. But whenever someone turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away.
2 Corinthians 3:13-17
Good Morning Yahweh,
I love to be in Your Word each day. You are bringing it to life in a way that only You can. You are giving me more understanding each day and I take such joy in just being with You.
I love the story of Moses and his face radiating after he had been with You. You had changed him and it was visible. But, the people were afraid because they themselves had not encountered You. They just didn’t understand.
It’s still the same way today. People just can’t understand Your Word because they have never claimed Your Son as the Christ. They have the veil on and can’t see Your Word clearly. How sad.
You have called me to be Your shining light in my part of this world. You have taken away the veil that can confuse me and poured Your Spirit into my life. You have called me to love others as You have loved me.
I can’t do this alone, I need You, Spirit. For it is You that will shine, You give me the understanding I have, and the love, to love the unloved.
I want to live my life for You, my LORD, in every area of my life!

1 Corinthians 1:9

God will do this, for He is faithful to do what He says, and He has invited you into partnership with His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.
1 Corinthians 1:9
Good Morning Father,
Oh my goodness! You are so amazingly wonderful, my heart wants to explode with joy this morning. My first thought this morning was of You. I was encouraged to get out of a warm bed and come to You in our private place and know Your presence. You have opened my eyes in Your Word and I am awed with the out pouring of Your love on me.
I love You Father!
Your faithfulness to me is unexplainable. I am so underserving of it, yet, I am so grateful You haven’t given up on me. You are constantly calling me to come, holding out Your arms so I can snuggle in. How could I not come?
Yet, this morning I’m reminded again that You have invited me to be a partner with Your Son! I’m not just a hired servant, I’m His partner! You have asked me to do my life with the Messiah! How could I not accept this invitation?
But there are many times through the day, LORD, that I do reject You. I don’t want You to see where I’m going, my actions towards someone else, or even what I am thinking. Please forgive, show me where I need to take You, so I will be a good and faithful partner. I want others to know of this partnership I have with You!

Isaiah 26:3

Good Morning Yahweh,
Thank You for this gorgeous morning! The sky is beautiful, the birds are singing and I am in Your presence.
I thank You for keeping me in Your perfect peace. It’s the peace that just doesn’t make sense to this world. At times, it doesn’t make sense to me! Yet, I am blessed to know it.
I thank You for helping me trust You more each day. I know there are things that I keep taking back, afraid You don’t realize just how important they are to me, but You are faithful to remind me that You are trustworthy and care for them more than I do.
I know I need to keep my eyes fixed on You throughout each day. I know there are times I don’t even acknowledge that You are with me and for those times, please forgive me. When I look down and see my problems and the giants of my life, please tip my head up  so I can look into Your amazing eyes and just know that You are the Great I AM.
Love You LORD!
