Soon the people began to complain about their hardship, and the Lord heard everything they said. Then the Lord’s anger blazed against them, and He sent a fire to rage among them, and He destroyed some of the people in the outskirts of the camp.

Good Morning My LORD,
You are so awesome to love me as You do. You are so wonderful to never give up on me, Your encouragement is my lifeline and I live for You!

Father, there are so many times I complain about what I have to do and what I’m going through. Life seems unfair at times, things don’t work out the way I feel they should and I whine. I get so focused on me, I forget about You.

Please forgive me, my Love. I don’t want to act that way. I want to take joy in my circumstances. I want to have peace to live my life, knowing that it’s for Your glory, not my comfort.

Help me to realize that when I complain about things that are beyond my control, I’m really complaining about You. I’m making a statement that says I don’t think You know what is best or know just how much I can deal with. How horribly arrogant of me and again, I seek Your forgiveness. 

Father, as the day unfolds, remind me often that You are my God and I am not. You, who created me and formed my spirit, knows what is good and perfect for me. Help me please to see beyond myself and to see Your plan. Please give me Your strength and courage to carry me through the day.

And when I head to bed, remind me to thank You for taking the best of care of me this day. I do love You so.

So, my dear brothers and sisters, be strong and immovable. Always work enthusiastically for the Lord, for you know that nothing you do for the Lord is ever useless.

Good Morning My King!
I thank You that I can be with You this morning and still have sleepy eyes. I don’t feel that I slept all that well, but I know You will give me the energy I need to complete this day with You.

Jesus, I want so much to be immovable in my belief of You. There are times I know what I know and that’s that. But, then someone says something to me and I start to question. I know questioning is good, but I don’t like the doubting that sometimes happens. Please help me to be strong in Your Word.

I also want to work with enthusiasm and joy today. I know that Your work has purpose and will always be producing fruit. Help me not to get discouraged when I don’t see end results. Remind me I only see a very small part of Your plan, You see it all.
I love You Jesus, You are my sweetheart!

Good Morning Yahweh,
What joy to know You are waiting for me when I wake. What peace to know that You are with me throughout the day. You are my love and I praise You for just being You!

Thank you, Abba, for reminding me today that I don’t think like You do. After all, You are God and I am not. You see the greater picture and I just see my own little part of this world. Please forgive me when I think things should have gone a different way than what they did. Please forgive me when I think I know better than You do. Please forgive when I doubt Your goodness.

I am so glad that I could never imagine what You will do next. Where would the joy of life be if I could? Each day is a new adventure with You. I look forward to enjoying it with You today!

Good Morning Jesus,
What a delightful way to start my day. You are so good and kind to meet with me this morning. I so enjoy being with You and learning from Your Word.

You have come into my life and created in me a new heart. The change I have been under going is amazing and I am so honored that You find me worthy. 

Jesus, I do want to shout from the housetop about all You have done for me. I want to proclaim to everyone how much You love them. You have given me such a wonderful responsibility to tell others about Your Good News and at times I find it hard to contain.

But, You know me, LORD. When I get out there with others, I get tongue tied and nervous and don’t remember what to say. When I’m here with You, I feel so courageous and strong. When I step out onto the street, I get lost in myself. 

I just realized, Jesus, that I’m leaving You here. I’m not taking You to the street with me. Please forgive me. Remind me again today that You are with me always and You will never leave me. You will give me Your words to say but more important, You will show me what action to take. I praise You again for reminding me it’s all about You and not me!
I love You Jesus!

But you must continue to believe this truth and stand firmly in it. Don’t drift away from the assurance you received when you heard the Good News. The Good News has been preached all over the world, and I, Paul, have been appointed as God’s servant to proclaim it.

Good Morning Jesus!
What a delight to wake with You first on my thoughts this morning. It seems to make the day move so much smoother when I think of You first instead of my duties. You always know what is best for me and I love You!

Your Word this morning is such a good reminder for me. I need to be here with You, every morning, reading and thinking on what You are telling me. I need to stand firm on Your scripture, but if I don’t know them, how can I say firm? I just can’t.

I never want to drift from You, my Love. Life is so good when I stay right beside You, under the protection of Your arm and near the sound of Your heart beat. 

But, what I realized this morning in reading Colossians, is that You have appointed me to proclaim Your Word, just as Paul did. I know I don’t have the ability to ‘preach’ as Paul did, but You have given me Your Spirit, to love and talk about just how wonderful You are and how great Your love is. Help me to speak with ease about You today and love those I come in contact with. Please remind me that I have You to do all the hard work in talking about Your Good News, I just have to follow Your leading.

Good Morning My King,
I just love being here with You right now. I so enjoy watching the world wake, knowing that You are my God.

I am so grateful that You are the strength of my heart. When life doesn’t seem to be going the way I thought it would, it’s Your purpose for me that encourages me along. When I’m tired and not sure which way to turn, You give me the hope I need to take the next step. When the bumps in the road slow me down, You step in and make my path smooth. You are my amazing God.

Please light the fire in my life to know You more each day. Please give me a passion for learning from You. It is my desire to be with You more than anything else on earth. And as the scripture says, You are mine forever and I am Yours.
It is so good to be in Your presence.

Good Morning Abba,
I am so blessed to be Your child. I find it hard to understand just what You see in me. You are so great and wonderful and my words cannot give You the glory You deserve. I am so thankful that You know my heart, for it is there I can worship You with all the proper words!

To know You hold the Universe together is beyond my understanding. And, it’s okay that I don’t understand, I don’t need to. Just to know that You are that powerful, gives me security. You will be able to handle all my challenges that will arise today, all I have to do is ask for Your help.
You are my God and I love You with all my heart!

I pray that God, the source of hope, will fill you completely with joy and peace because you trust in Him. Then you will overflow with confident hope through the power of the Holy Spirit.

Good Morning Spirit,
What a delight to be with You this morning. To anticipate the day, knowing that You will be with me, gives me the security that only You can. 

I want to know the completeness of Your joy and peace. I want to take each step today trusting in You alone. I want to know You more Spirit, to live my life with You.

You are the Hope of my life and I love You so!

I would ask that You will help me worship You today in complete abandonment. I want to bring joy to Your heart and a smile to Your face!

I praise You for being my King!

Morning My Jesus,
It is just good to be here with You this morning. Even when I sleep late, You are waiting for me to wake. When I’m up before dawn, You are right there showing me the way. How wonderful You are.

As I go about my day today, LORD, I want to praise You with everything I do. You are my Savior, my Risen LORD and the love of my life. I am so aware that each day you hold me close to Your heart and teach me how to love others. You give me comfort so I can comfort others. I want to live my life through You and glorify Your Name on high.

Good Morning Abba,
What a delight to be in Your presence this morning! Your faithfulness is never ending and Your love is without end. How amazing You are!

Your Word, it is wonderful the way You tell me things, just to me, at the right time. I know it’s for everyone, You want everyone to know Your Word. But, this morning I know You wrote this just for me.

In one sentence, You state all that You are the Messiah, the Great I AM, and the wonderful Spirit. What more could I want or need?

Thank You for being my all in all. Thank You for being the reason I move and live and exist. Thank You for loving me.
